The Day of the Show
Please plan to arrive at the theater early enough to park your car and find your seats. It is advised that you be at your seats at least 15 minutes before curtain time to avoid missing any of the performance.
Late seating will occur during a suitable pause in the program. Until that time, audience members will be held outside in the Lobby. As a courtesy to others, those who exit the theatre during the performance will not be admitted back into the auditorium until a suitable pause as well.
Please be ready to provide the Box Office with the name under which the tickets were ordered, how the tickets were purchased, and the performance name and date if picking up tickets for a future performance.
For your protection, you may be asked to present the credit card you used to purchase the tickets and/or a photo ID.
Most intermissions are 15 minutes long, which gives you time to get a drink or a snack in the lobby or visit the facilities. If you have a question or need assistance of any kind please just ask a member of our staff.
A drop off area is available prior to and following the performance for a limited number of vehicles for the drop off and pick up of patrons.
The Will Call window is located at the Box Office inside the Lobby behind the grand staircase. It is advised that you arrive at Will Call at least one half hour prior to curtain time.
Every person entering the theatre needs a ticket, regardless of age.
